There are so many resources that are available for people, the problem is that nobody know where to look. We have condensed some resources for you so that you ultimately get what you are looking for, whether you have access to the internet or use the phone, the resources that are provided below, should help you with your endeavors, depending on what specific are you are looking for.
In order to access this Government funded employment program, you must be referred by a Service Canada case manager (the programs are now funded whole or in part by the British Columbia Labour Market Development Agreement) so how do you find one and what is the role of a Case Manager?
http:www/labourmarketservices.gov.bc.ca Once you have arrived at the site, click on “job seeker”, then click on “Employment Assistance Service” to find a Case Manager in your area.
For those of you that have applied or inquired about our program only to find that we are full, do not be dismayed, there are many other programs such as ours throughout the Lower Mainland. To find these services go to Lower Mainland Employment Resources (http://www.lmer.ca) Once you have arrived at our site, then find the programs for youth or Federal Government Programs.
Have you been dealing with a Government agency and felt like you are getting nowhere? No need to bang your head against the wall…….below is a list of advocacy groups that will be able to help you along the way

So not really on the same topic as your post, but I found this today and I just can’t resist sharing. Mrs. Agathe’s dishwasher quit working so she called a repairman. Since she had to go to work the next day, she told him, “I’ll leave the key under the mat. Fix the dishwasher, leave the bill on the counter, and I’ll mail you the check. Oh, and by the way…don’t worry about my Doberman. He won’t bother you. But, whatever you do, do NOT under ANY circumstances talk to my parrot!” When the repairman arrived at Mrs. Agathe’s apartment the next day, he discovered the biggest and meanest looking Doberman he had ever seen. But just as she had said, the dog simply laid there on the carpet, watching the repairman go about his business. However, the whole time the parrot drove him nuts with his incessant cursing, yelling and name-calling. Finally the repairman couldn’t contain himself any longer and yelled, “Shut up, you stupid ugly bird!” To which the parrot replied, “Get him, Spike!”
